Radeyah Hack, MD
Deputy Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Radeyah Hack is the Deputy Chief Medical Officer at the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center. She previously served as Medical Director for the Community Medicine Program at NYU Langone Health, overseeing clinical operations for multiple clinics serving homeless patients in New York City. She graduated from Stony Brook University before earning her medical degree and Master of Public Health degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. A Queens native, Dr. Hack is dedicated to breaking down barriers to quality health care access in the community.
