Funding Goals
Expand special programs and services to meet the needs of our patients
CBWCHC offers extended services tailored for vulnerable populations and support services, including chronic disease management for higher risk patients and clinical programs that address critical health issues of Asian Americans.
Strengthen community services, health education, and outreach
We educate our community on health issues through workshops, counseling, publications, media programs, and resource centers to prevent diseases and support those in need, beyond providing traditional patient care.
Invest in state-of-the-art health care facilities and technology
Optimize our services to the community with modern facilities and better our engagement with patients with updated electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Our visionary new Healthview building in Flushing, Queens, embodies our efforts to increase the availability of culturally appropriate and quality health care to the community.
Develop the community healthcare workforce and leaders for tomorrow
We cultivate next-generation healthcare providers and leaders who share a passion for serving the community. Through our signature leadership development program, Project AHEAD, the Charles B.
