Yvonne Chak, MD

Dr. Chak is a physician who specializes in obstetrics and gynecology at the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center.

She provides comprehensive obstetrics and gynecological care, including annual gynecological exams, family planning, prenatal and postnatal care, STD testing and treatment, cancer screening, and diagnosis and management of gynecological issues.

Dr. Chak believes in a shared decision-making process to help guide patients in making the best health care decisions for themselves with the most up-to-date, evidence-based information available.

Committed to community service and volunteerism, Dr. Chak spent more than a year working with Seed Global Health and the Peace Corps, assisting in the clinical education of medical students and OB/GYN registrars in Malawi.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
