Yiqi Ni, LMSW
Ms. Ni is a licensed master social worker specializing in outpatient community mental health and Asian-American mental health at the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center.
She provides diagnostic and treatment assessment for a wide range of mental illness, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment and psychotic disorders. She provides individual therapy for patients of all ages, and works collaboratively with the medical and psychiatric teams to enhance care for her patients.
Ms. Ni focuses on building strong relationships with her patients, working in close partnership with them to use their strengths and abilities to overcome any challenges. She believes in helping her patients build resilience and find lasting well-being.
Ms. Ni is dedicated to supporting New York’s Asian community. She spent three years as a volunteer creating research-based educational content to address the unique challenges faced by Chinese international students.
In her spare time, Ms. Ni enjoys listening to true crime podcasts and playing with her cats.
