Radeyah Hack, MD, MPH
Dr. Hack is a physician with more than a decade of experience practicing internal medicine. She is the Deputy Chief Medical Officer at the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center.
She diagnoses and treats a wide variety of conditions in adult patients. Dr. Hack also provides annual exams, immunizations, specialist referrals, and patient education, among other services.
Dr. Hack takes time to get to know her patients and tailors their treatment plans to fit their individual needs. She believes in providing clear health education, empowering her patients to make informed decisions about their care.
In addition to her medical degree, Dr. Hack also studied public health—deepening her knowledge of how healthier communities contribute to healthier individuals. A proud Queens native, she is honored to serve her community as a physician and make a positive impact on the health of her neighbors.
In her spare time, Dr. Hack enjoys exploring the many culinary cuisines available in New York with her family.
