Jennifer Zhao, LMSW

Ms. Zhao is a licensed master social worker who provides mental health services at the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center.

She helps to diagnose and treat people with a wide range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, life changes, and serious mental illness. She provides one-on-one counseling that is personalized for each patient and their family, working closely with both medical and mental health teams to make sure her patients get the best possible care.

Ms. Zhao believes in treating the whole person, working together with her patients in a warm and supportive way. She creates a safe space where everyone can feel comfortable sharing their concerns without fear of judgment. Her volunteer work with LGBTQIA+ organizations shows her commitment to making sure all people feel welcomed and understood in their mental health care journey.

In her spare time, Ms. Zhao enjoys swimming, improv comedy, and watching movies.
