Holly Lee, F.N.P.

Ms. Lee is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than 30 years’ experience. She is the Clinical Director for the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center in Queens.

She diagnoses and treats a wide variety of conditions in patients of all ages. She also provides annual exams, immunizations, specialist referrals, and patient education, among other services.

Ms. Lee places a high priority on preventative care, wellness strategies, and health education. She carefully considers all aspects of her patient’s health in the interest of properly diagnosing and treating them.
