Gain Lu, D.D.S.
Dr. Lu is board-certified in general practice dentistry and the Assistant Dental Director of the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center in Manhattan. She has served at the Health Center for 20 years.
She performs a wide range of dental services in children and adults, including general examinations, teeth cleaning, dental x-rays, dental fillings and crowns, tooth extraction, root canals, basic periodontal treatment, denture and bridge care, referrals and care coordination with specialists, and outreach and health education to promote oral health.
Dr. Lu provides patient-centered dental care. She believes that each patient has their own unique set of concerns or problems that can’t be addressed with a one-size-fits-all approach.
When not working, Dr. Lu spends her free time going on outings with her family, running, and practicing martial arts.
