Alison Chan, D.D.S., M.P.H.
Dr. Chan, a board-certified, general practice dentist, is the Dental Director of the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center in Manhattan. She has been with the Health Center for more than 28 years.
Dr. Chan performs a wide range of dental services for children and adults, including general examinations, teeth cleaning, dental x-rays, dental fillings and crowns, tooth extraction, root canals, basic periodontal treatment, denture and bridge care, referrals and care coordination with specialists, and health education to promote oral health.
She is happy to be able to provide much-needed quality oral healthcare to the community that she grew up in. Her goal is to provide patients with the highest quality dental care possible, as well as to educate, inform, and motivate patients to achieve optimal oral health through preventative care.
Outside of dentistry, she enjoys gardening and horticulture.
