If you do not have health insurance, we have health insurance enrollment counselors available to help you enroll under the New York State of Health or government benefits, including Medicaid, Child Health Plus & Qualified Health Plan. Patient portal will give you online access to easily communicate with your provider, refill your medication, request appointments, request referrals, request test results, send a message to your provider and view your medical summary.
