Appointments
We encourage all patients to take care of their primary care needs and not delay their non-COVID related medical appointments. The Health Center is accepting in-person and telehealth visits (by telephone or video) by-appointment only. Give us a call to schedule your next appointment. In addition, we now offer reminders through text-messaging services or by phone call to our patients for visit confirmations.

Please know that our health care providers at the Health Center are available if you need to be seen for an urgent health condition. You must call us before coming in for an urgent appointment.

Visitor Policy
The Health Center has updated its visitor policy to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and keep our patients, staff, and visitors safe. All Health Center personnel have been trained in providing safe care. Our facilities have been reconfigured to maintain social distancing requirements and follow the Center for Disease Prevention (CDC)ís cleaning and disinfection guidelines throughout the day.
  • All visits are by-appointment only and with less wait time
  • All visitors must undergo symptom screening and perform hand hygiene upon arrival to the facility
  • Everyone must maintain distancing of six feet apart from others at all times
  • Face masks must be worn properly throughout the visit
  • Telehealth (by phone or video) visits will be available for all patients
  • One adult person per visit except one caregiver may accompany the following patients: Pediatric, elderly, and patients with disabilities.
After Hours
We will continue to have on-call health care providers available by phone when the Health Center is closed.

Workshops and Events
To help ensure the safety of our community during the COVID-19 outbreak, all Health Center events are postponed until further notice. Please check the events page for updates.
